Conceptual Homes

Conceptual Homes is a set of four single-family residences located within an exclusive residential community. The upper floor houses three bedrooms designed for rest, while the ground floor integrates family and social activities, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

The design responds to the warm climate through the strategic orientation of windows and shading walls that create shadows and channel prevailing winds. The use of double-height spaces, thermal insulation on roofs, and native trees providing shade and humidity allows for comfortable environments without relying on artificial lighting or ventilation.
