Discover what makes it uniqueMérida's growth over the last 50 years, combined with globalization and changes to the ejido land tenure system, generated its disproportionate expansion, leaving significant intra-urban voids. In response to a public request for proposals, we suggested revitalizing the area through a Comprehensive Urban Plan. that encourages would foster accessible housing, enhance public space, and promote an open-air 20th-Century Museum. Authorities and the community must concur to reactivate the area, stimulating investment and leveraging existing buildings.
