Discover what makes it unique
An early 20th-century manor house in northern Mérida was restored, and behind it, a three-story building was erected that supports the mansion and offers real estate profitability to its owners, allowing the monument to be preserved.
The building, with an open floor plan, features a nearly blind two-story wall to the south, separated from the slab of the third level by a continuous window. To the north, the first two levels are discreetly perforated, while the third opens wide to enjoy the landscape provided by a curtain of flamboyant trees, also known as "Fire Trees" (Delonix regia).
