Discover what makes it unique
The proposal addressed two main subjects: leveraging several hectares of coastal dune, respecting the existing vegetation and topography, and adding palapas and light coverings in open spaces along the natural walkways that connect the beach and the buildings to establish a beach club.
The second entrust was to readapt an abandoned hotel and convention center, enhancing their value. The use of existing coconut groves and sea grape forests allowed for the weaving of sensory experiences, connected by an elevated pedestrian bridge that traverses the hotel, a restaurant, and retail spaces, gifting those who walk it with ocean views and unique sunsets.
