Edificios de Oficinas El Dorado Panamá. Concurso.

Sustainable and bioclimatic office building in El Dorado, Panama, inspired by local crafts and yellow maculís trees, aiming for LEED certification.
Discover what makes it uniqueA group of investors they summoned a competition for the design of an iconic building in the El Dorado area of Panama. The project includes offices and retail space with their respective parking facilities, designed under sustainability and bioclimatic criteria to achieve LEED certification. Inspired by local crafts and the yellow maculís trees, two volumes that shelter a generous public plaza and garden rise above a trapezoidal platform for naturally ventilated and lit parking. Both the building and the parking structure are enveloped by membranes finished in yellow and ocher tones to provide sun protection, evoking the characteristic foliage of the area.
