Desarrollo Privada KinHá

Desarrollo Privada KinHá
Discover Privada KinHá, a residential development in Ciudad del Carmen, blending nature and architecture, awarded at the Yucatecan Architecture Biennial for its unique design.

Discover what makes it unique

In the heart of a city block with an not very harmonious context, nine homes sharing the same architectural program are arranged as a small universe of their own. Mirrored and recessed facades fragment the view, while "Ticul" and "Nube" stone walls drawn light, shadow, and gloom in the private gardens.

The interiors flow freely, opening up to the air and the green area, where every space, every corner, invites to feel calm and harmony. The repetition of volumes creates rhythm, the vegetation whispers, and the perspective shifts as one walks, resulting in a complex where living means discovering small worlds of silence, color, and connection with nature.
