Discover what makes it uniqueOn Playa Norte, Isla del Carmen, emerging from the sands yielded by the Gulf of Mexico, two "reefs" rise like a gift from the sea to the land. In the first phase, the first of two emerges: a complex of corporate offices and training classrooms. Both structures form two plazas at different levels, connected by a wide staircase. The plaza that penetrates the buildings also serves as a terrace that spills out onto the beach; the other, at street level, accommodates uncovered parking for vehicles. Each building is conceived as a five-story trapezoidal prism of precast concrete, each measuring more than one hundred meters long, and each traversed by a fissure that divides it longitudinally.
