Casa X’pokin

Casa X’pokin
Discover Casa X’pokin in Mérida, a retirement home with personalized spaces and a strong connection to nature.

Discover what makes it unique

This house was designed for a married couple who decided to return to Mérida to enjoy their retirement in the "Country."

The program centers on catering to the owners' wishes, which is why we incorporated spaces for their favorite furniture into the design.

The entrance is accompanied by a small onyx wall that lights up the path at nightand within it, we discover a slender native tree that pierces the slab of the garage, reminding us of the essential connection with nature.

Upon entering, we discover a courtyard that houses the pool and the terrace. The living area and the study open up to this space. The main bedroom occupies the most private area of the property and enjoys an exclusive garden.
