Discover what makes it unique
On a 2,000 m² lot in northern Mérida, along Prolongación de Montejo, this house was conceived from a white cube fragmented into three pieces oriented from east to west.
The composition is set to the south to shield from the sun, placing the living room, dining room, and family room to the north; to the south, the kitchen, parking, and service areas; and at the center, a triple-height foyer with a sculptural staircase. The upper levels house the bedrooms, with the master suite standing out at the northern peak. The west façade features sunshades and a porticoed entrance, while the east façade opens onto the garden and pool. White stucco dominates, accented by pastel tones and sand-colored ceramic floors.
