| ## Discover what makes it unique Lovers of the sea and conviviality, a married couple and their three daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren enjoy a long, narrow space connecting them to the beach in Telchac, a picturesque Yucatán port famous for its coconut sweets. The house is resolved into three levels and three separate pavilions. All spaces face the sea, and the arrangement between the pavilions includes, first, a covered courtyard that houses the vertical and horizontal circulation, and then, an open courtyard that accommodates the terrace and the pool. A thatched palapa connects the house with the sea, offering the ideal space for cooling off on the sand, culminating in a stroll amidst the cool light and shadows. |   | Client Private   **Project type** Residential Location Telchac Puerto, Yucatán, México Built area 842 **Year(s)** 2024 | Participants Enrique Duarte A.
