The house is resolved into three levels and three separate pavilions. All spaces face the sea, and the arrangement between the pavilions includes, first, a covered courtyard that houses the vertical and horizontal circulation, and then, an open courtyard that accommodates the terrace and the pool. A thatched palapa connects the house with the sea, offering the ideal space for cooling off on the sand, culminating in a stroll amidst the cool light and shadows.
